Having the skills to give 'to the point, pragmatic advice' often requires more and to achieve this, our Associates are invited to take part in an unique initiative with INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France (http://www.insead.edu/). Insead, in partnership with Stibbe, provides a two week custom based MBA programme to futher enhance our understanding of the strategic and economic environment in which our clients operate. The course covers a variety of topics, for example, financial accounting, negotiations, company valuation, capital structuring, corporate governance among other valued subjects, such as, leadership ability, people development and marketing, etc.. The programme, in its sixth year, ensures Stibbe remains at the forefront of legal developments and enables our lawyers to prepare legal advice that is to the point and relevant when dealing with businesses in an evolving world.
