The careful and successful completion of tender procedures form a key aspect of our services. Public tenders are mandatory for property development, infrastructure and parks. Before a municipal authority enters into a business relationship with any party, we are able to help it determine which tender regulations are applicable and which requirements the tender contract must meet.

We have performed an advisory role in relation to large-scale tender procedures for parties such as the City of Amsterdam regarding the development of the 'Zuidas’ enterprise district and the Delfland Water Board regarding the call for tenders for a water purification plant.

Housing corporations and municipal authorities also benefit from our knowledge of the real estate and lease market for leasing homes, buildings and industrial estates.
