Stibbe assists Aalberts Industries

The General Court in Luxembourg annulled the 100 mio Euro fine on Aalberts Industries. In its judgment, the General Court indicated that the Commission erred in taking the view that Aalberts Industries had participated in the "copper fittings cartel".
