Toni van Hees

Toni specialises in property law and civil procedure, in particular financing, liability and insolvency. He advises on financing constructions and securities, recovery law, including the enforcement of securities and on restructuring and insolvency. He acts as receiver and administrator bringing proceedings against management and others for the performance and non-performance of contracts. Toni holds a Ph.D. from the University of Nijmegen. He teaches and publishes articles on a regular basis. Toni acts as a deputy judge in the Court of Appeal in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.
