Gertjan Boekraad

Gertjan specialises in high-level and complex commercial litigation. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including contractual disputes, insolvency issues, anti-trust related liability, product liability and banking & finance litigation. Gertjan holds a PhD from the University of Nijmegen (1997). He wrote numerous articles on insolvency and civil law issues. He frequently gives lectures to other members of the legal profession.
